1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do NOT bill. A deposit may be required depending on the procedure that is to be performed. The amount of the deposit will be determined by the doctor.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. Cards must be present at time of payment unless you are paying over the phone. We use Telecheck to verify checks. * As of 2017, we can now take credit card payments over the phone. *
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Riverside Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program (when your application is approved). It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com. If your application is declined then you will need to provide us with another form of payment at the time of service.

Insurance For Your Pets
Another popular option for your family and pet is insurance coverage. To learn more, please visit the following pet insurance websites. Even with pet insurance you will still need to pay your entire bill & submit a claim to your insurance company. After they review your claim, if approved, they will then mail you a check.
I started using Lillian as my vet when she was still at her home on the Westside Highway then she moved to where she is now in Kelso. I had a registered German Shepherd that got hit by a car, I took Duke to Lillian after hours and she worked with him all night trying to save him but he passed. I'll never forget how hard she tried. THE BEST!! Thanks Lillian.
